We use a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, and cardio machines. We also incorporate bodyweight exercises and functional training techniques to keep workouts challenging and effective.
Our workout sessions last 45 minutes, depending on your goals and fitness level. We believe in quality over quantity and focus on making each workout as effective as possible. (YOGA sessions are 60 minutes)
Yes they are! Our classes are designed to be suitable for beginners or advanced members. Sessions will be coach led so there will always be one of us guiding you through the session.
You will be given access to our booking system TeamUp, where you can book all of your sessions.
